Yes, we provide top-notch technical equipment for our employees within Ukraine. However, this option is not available for colleagues based in other countries.

Is there a time-tracking system in ELITEX?

No, we don’t require time-tracking systems for most of our projects. We believe in fostering trust and a focus on quality. However, for some particular projects/customers, time tracking is required. But even in such cases, time tracking is based on trust, so you manually log your hours. We don’t use any kind of screen trackers or other things like that.

Are overtime opportunities offered?

While we prioritize maintaining a healthy work-life balance and strive to avoid overtime, there are instances where project demands may require it. But even in such cases, this is not mandatory, and additional hours are a matter of your consent. Your well-being is important to us.

Could you outline the interview process?

Certainly, our interview process generally involves these stages: 1. Interview with a recruiter to discuss your background. 2. Technical interview to assess your skills. 3. Additional 1-2 client rounds to ensure a mutually beneficial fit. Note: The number of rounds may vary based on the specific position and project.

Is office attendance mandatory?

No, regular office attendance isn't compulsory. Remote or hybrid work is an option. However, your possibility of attending events like "Happy Thursday" or corporate gatherings can be a valuable contribution to our company culture.

How often are performance reviews conducted?

Performance reviews are conducted on an annual basis. This allows us to recognize and amplify your contributions effectively.

Is parking available at your office?

Yes, we provide parking, but availability is limited. Arriving earlier increases the chances of finding a spot.

Our Central Office

At ELITEX, we understand the importance of a comfortable and innovative office environment. An approach to designing a cozy office space is our distinctive feature from the foundation company. Our central office is located in the historical building with a panoramic view of the Theatre of Opera and Balet in a picturesque Lviv downtown. In spite of the working mode (remote or office), our door is always open for all team members. Moreover, parking is never a concern at our facility, as our office provides access to free parking lots.
