Our Story

2015

ELITEX’s story begins in 2015, when Volodymyr Vavrykovych, a software engineer at that time, decided to establish a new development company, driven by his experience combined with flair about how the industry should work. From the very beginning of the journey, ELITEX defined their foundation in several basic principles: honesty and transparent communication, flexibility and zero bureaucracy, and professional maturity.

2016

The early days of the company were filled with ambition and hard work, which quickly paid off. And by 2016, the growing team had settled into their first office, a sign of the company’s budding potential. At that time, ELITEX was expanded by design and quality assurance specialists, and additional web developers were added, allowing the company to provide a full range of web development services.

2017

As 2017 rolled around, the company’s growth accelerated, with the team doubling in size. This expansion necessitated a move to a larger office in Lviv, a city known for its vibrant tech community. This point became pivotal, as the new office created a flourishing ambiance for assembling a robust team of committed developers.

2019

By 2019, the ELITEX team had doubled its size again. The two years in the new office were marked by a dozen meaningful long-term relationships, lasting for several years each. The company added DevOps and security specialists, expanding its expertise to various industries, including cybersecurity, media, and labeling content management.

2020

The year 2020 marked another significant milestone. The company reached the mark of 50 specialists, extending their range by opening a representative office in the Netherlands. The 2020 year didn’t significantly change the company’s working policy, as flexibility had always been a key value of ELITEX.
